Each pendant begins as solid borosilicate glass rods at a high-temperature flame. Shape, colour, and pattern emerge through heat, movement, and the glassblower's hands, not a mould, not a machine.
Because the form is worked entirely by hand, no two pendants can ever be identical. The colour shifts in the light. The surface holds the memory of how it was made.
Borosilicate glass is exceptionally durable and lightweight, it won't chip easily, holds colour brilliantly, and is comfortable to wear every day.

What is the pendant made from?
Solid borosilicate glass rods, worked at a high-temperature flame. Borosilicate is lightweight, durable, and holds colour exceptionally well, far more so than standard glass or resin alternatives.
Can I choose the colours and shape?
Yes, colour combinations, shape direction, pattern effects, and finish are all part of the commissioning conversation. The more detail you share, the closer the piece will be to what you have in mind.
Will my pendant ever be made again?
No. Each pendant is a one-of-a-kind piece. The exact combination of colour, form, and pattern cannot be reproduced, even by the same glassblower, with the same materials.
How do I care for it?
Borosilicate glass is durable but should still be treated with care. Avoid hard impacts. Store separately from metal jewelry to prevent surface scratching. It doesn't need any special cleaning, a soft cloth is all it needs.
What if a piece breaks?
Huck's Glass would like the first opportunity to repair it. Repairs caused by manufacturer error are done free of charge. All other repairs are assessed individually.

Yes — we ship custom and in-stock pieces worldwide. Local pickup is also available in Regina, Saskatchewan.
