"A small portion of ash,
held inside the glass
forever."
Cremation glass isn't an urn. It isn't storage. It's something you can hold, wear, display, or give — an object made with care that carries a person forward in a way that feels alive rather than final.
The ashes are incorporated during the glassmaking process itself, becoming part of the structure of the piece. They aren't visible in the way you might expect — they become a quiet presence within the glass, something you know is there.
Only a small portion of the remains is needed. The rest stays with the family
The Craft
A small, carefully measured portion of the cremated remains is introduced into the glass at the torch. The process is handled with complete respect, the remains are never wasted, never treated carelessly.
The finished piece is borosilicate glass, durable, long-lasting, and resistant to fading or deterioration. It won't change over time. What you receive today will look the same in fifty years.
You can choose the form, pendant, ornament or another piece from our range. The colour, pattern, and shape are yours to decide, and the result is something that's both beautiful in its own right and meaningful in a way nothing else can be.
How it Works
Common Questions
How much of the remains are used?
Only a small, carefully measured portion is needed, typically a teaspoon or less. The remainder is returned to you with the finished piece, fully accounted for. Nothing is wasted.
Can you see the ashes in the glass?
Not clearly, in most cases. The remains become part of the interior structure of the glass, a quiet presence rather than a visible inclusion.
Can multiple pieces be made from one set of remains?
Yes. If several family members each want their own piece, we can often make multiple items from a single portion of remains, allowing everyone to have something of their own.
Do you work with pet remains as well?
Yes. The process is exactly the same. Many people choose cremation glass for a beloved pet, a pendant to wear, or an ornament to hang.
How do I send the remains?
We'll walk you through the process when you get in touch. Remains can typically be mailed in a small sealed container, or dropped off in person if you're local to Regina. We'll confirm the specifics together.
Do you ship outside Regina?
Yes — we ship custom and in-stock pieces worldwide. Local pickup is also available in Regina, Saskatchewan.
