How heavy are borosilicate glass earrings?

Surprisingly light. Borosilicate glass has a lower density than stone, and because each piece is hollow or small in mass, even larger statement earrings are comfortable for extended wear. Many people find them lighter than their metal earrings.

Will the two earrings be exactly identical?

Close, but not exactly. Both are made at the same torch session with the same materials — but because they're handmade, there will be subtle natural variation between them. This is part of what makes them handmade, not a flaw.

What hardware do you use?

Sterling silver hooks or posts are included with each pair. If you have a metal sensitivity or preference, mention it when you get in touch and we'll discuss the options.

Can I order more than one pair at a time?

Yes, multiple pairs can be ordered together, whether they're identical or completely different. Ordering together also means they can be made in the same session, which is useful for matching gifts.

What if a piece breaks?

Huck's Glass would like the first opportunity to repair it. Repairs caused by manufacturer error are done free of charge. All other repairs are assessed individually.

Do you ship outside Regina?

Yes — we ship custom and in-stock pieces worldwide. Local pickup is also available in Regina, Saskatchewan.
